Quite frankly though, I don’t think the ABC art and promo department is smart enough to pull off something like that so I think they just randomly found ‘good’ images for each character and threw them together without thinking much about it.
Agreed. Whatever promo monkey Photoshopped those things has no clue what the swan pendant really stands for, it was just the easy choice as a “thing” to represent Emma Swan. It’s only our part of the fandom who gives that pendant the proper credit it deserves. To everyone else it’s just, “that thing Emma’s worn since the show started”.
