My impression was Neverland. Pan is sort of known for having a dagger, so I always assumed they got into a fight. Didn’t Young Bae neutralize Pan before with squid ink. Maybe after his magic was down, Pan pulled out a knife
Possibly, or Felix could’ve been the one to pull the knife since in Nasty Habits Felix had a dagger and did say that he had hoped to never see Baelfire again.
