Now for Emma & Hook The only thing I took away from their scenes is that Emma feels guilty over her part in what Regina is now dealing with because of her actions in the past to save Marian. And that Emma is avoiding Hook for other reasons then just her guilt over Regina /Robin/Marian debacle. As I said before I think Emma’s avoidence of Hook may stem from her losing Neal and the guilt she feels over that loss of the only man she’s ever really loved.
I agree. When Emma kissed Hook, it felt more like she was just trying to avoid his question by distracting him rather than an I love you kiss. I think Emma is still mourning Neal. She’s coming up with excuses, she’s worried about what Henry is going to think, she doesn’t feel ready to jump head first into a new relationship so soon. Also why does Hook think Emma is avoiding him when it’s only been “almost a full day” since their kiss (basing that time frame on Rumple saying he and Belle had been married “almost a full day” and the CS kiss happened at the same time as the wedding). Was Hook expecting Emma to suddenly be attached to his hip?
