Does this mean that the Sorcerer himself wasn’t at all magical, he’s just some guy who used the powers of others that had been stored in the hat?
I think the Sorcerer must be magic because I think he/she would’ve created the hat with their magic. But I could totally be wrong. I like your idea Phee. Makes me think of the Wizard of Oz in Once, since he didn’t really have magic either.
