I haven’t watched the episode yet but it did disappoint me that a majority of the interviews coming out in relation to the episode came from Lana and not Jen. I mean, that makes no sense. It’s Emma’s backstory episode for this season and I realize it wasn’t Jen in the flashbacks but it still relates to her character and instead, all the interviews are from Lana.
I might watch the episode Wednesday evening. I’m trying to have an open mind here and not pass any judgements before seeing it but from what I’ve read, it does seem this episode was simply to put a definition on Emma and Regina relationship and appease the Swan Queen fandom.
But judging by the gifs from tumblr, there were good Captain Swan moments within the episode. So, I’m looking forward to seeing those.
