Random thought- what if it’s not about time traveling or that storybook. What if Regina did go into that tavern and actually had met Robin but someone had erases her memories. IE. Rumple, who wanted somone to cast the curse. He ould have needed her to be miserable to do it. Just a thought.
I totally had the same theory on the Lily chain! Although I think Rumple probably made a deal with the Snow Queen to erase Regina’s memories… and maybe her and Robin were together for awhile – enough to have a daughter named Lily. The SQ wanted a family (i.e., Lily) and Rumple wanted Regina’s memories erased. The more I think about it though -that’s highly unlikely since a lot of people would have to have their memories erased if she was with Robin Hood for that long. There’s got to be a link between SQ and Lily though…maybe she was using Lily to get to Emma… Lilly was very determined to befriend Emma
