I think some of the more classic ones are the most likely to be turned into musicals, rather than the newer ones. Peter Pan and Sound of Music and Grease are all kind of classic, atleast in my opinion.

We can add: Phantom of the Opera, Mama Mia, Mary Poppins, Chicago, Cats, Rent…just to name a few.
