Given this answer from the recent interview…I’d say high chances it’s going to be Once Upon A Time. I’m rooting for #OutlawQueenBaby! Either that or it’s going to be in a Flashback Episode where Regina did meet Robin, thus making the Lily being their daughter rumor true!
I’m so not in the mood for another time-paradox baby. I think Regina IS the one who’s pregnant, but please let it be in the current timeline and not something to do with Lily … The star on Lily’s wrist throws it off, too. Unless Robin has a star under his Lion Tattoo …
OR what if both things happened and a pregnancy in the current timeline somehow triggers Regina’s memories from a stolen past – possibly erased by the author, Cora or Rumple … That would be quite a web … Lana did say in an interview that having a larger family of her own would be the best thing for Regina in a happy ending. So if she suddenly had not one but two children with Robin – and Henry of course … Hmmmm …
