Wouldn’t it be the opposite, because Tink specifically said it was “the man with the lion tattoo”, which applies to Sean’s Robin Hood not Tom’s? They specifically said Tom’s Robin Hood doesn’t have the tattoo.
The 3×3 flashback of young Regina not going into the tavern is chronologically before the Lacey flashback. Not sure how they’re going to skirt around that obvious discontinuity.
