So is this quest to find the author and encountering Lily just a rehash of finding Bae? Because it seems that way to me. Emma chaperones a magical person outside of town lines in search of someone. Oooh, we’ve NEVER heard that before. I can just see an exact parallel of Manhattan:
Emma: This is the place. Let’s go.
[Emma spies a figure running away and she takes off after it immediately, tackling it to the ground.]
Emma: Lily?
Unknown person: Emma?
So the Swanfire dynamic is now taken over by Lily, a person from Emma’s past who betrays her with her true identity. Soooo original. Just like the love triangle/horror/how-to-destroy-a-fandom storyline they’re doing with Ana/Will/Belle/Rumple.
In one of the other threads someone theorizes she’s either 1) a magical person and/or 2) daughter of the author. Sneaky fairy anyone? (Sorry, I still can’t give up evil puppetmaster Blue Fairy.)
