I’m not getting my hopes up that they’ll even address who Lily’s bio-father is. Considering he hasn’t been at all alluded to thus far, it feels like they’re ignoring that he exists.
And if it’s never addressed, then yeah, I’m gonna lock in the headcanon that it was the TWU WUV EGG implantation that was the impetus for Maleficent laying her egg. Which essentially means that Lily’s bio parents are Snowing, and Maleficent was essentially the surrogate.
