IDEA:
Zelena is pregnant. But she is not the mother. Nor is Regina. MARIAN is the mother. When Zelena (and regina in the original timeline) killed Marian, maybe she was pregnant. So the baby, which is indeed not a lie, is a real baby but the true child of Marian/Robin.
Whether or not that makes the situation worse or better….Idk. But its possible.
I like the idea of Zelena taking Regina’s child moreso than the one I just said but still.
