Also Regina only started truly redeeming herself because of her maternal love for Henry. Why should Zelena be denied the same chance through the love of her child? Again it’s double standards (and hypocrisy on Regina’s part).
Zelena has displayed no positive emotion to being pregnant at all. It is just a tool she is using to make Regina miserable. Why should she have a prominent roll in the child’s life? We don’t know the future, but we do know Zelena in that scene would be a terrible mother.
If I was Robin and Regina I would do the exactly the same thing. Very limited custody. And thats being generous.
