Zelena went to OZ was killed by Dorothy there, ended in UW and SB can be explained by someone is pretending to be her, or she did a deal in UW for Hades in which he would let her leave and go back to SB to be with her daughter and if she help him destroy the SB gang
I reckon this is how it will go down. I’d also like to add that Belle probably takes baby greenbean to protect her from Zelena, which riles Zelena, who in turn takes or tries to take Belle’s baby when it is born as petty revenge.
Maybe the phonebox is like the one out of the matrix?
