I agree with RG that Pan’s appearance felt like a bit of a missed opportunity. The interaction between him and Rumple felt largely like a rehash of the confrontations they had in previous episodes, and I felt like Robbie Kay is being held back from actually doing anything different with the character by Eddy and Adam’s weird commitment to making him the only villain who has to stay perpetually evil. And Rumple not even trying to find Neal also feels strange.
