From what I am reading and seeing in the videos, Zelena opens the portal for the Camelot people, and, after they leave, Zelena, Snow and Charming were sucked into the portal.
It’s like…. there is some sort of force or entity in the Enchanted Forest that sucks them.
Hook was there too, but apparently he somehow managed to stay in SB.
