I wonder if that picture could refer to that Dr. Whale and Tink will return this season or next season. I mean before Souls of the departed aired, we saw photos and music Scripts signaling that Neal/Baelfire has returned. And it was true. So why not this? Who knows.
Because Rose and David film iZombie there while MRJ doesn’t have any projects filmed in Vancouver. There are a lot of pictures with JMO and Rose in Vancouver even since season 4 so it doesn’t really mean anything. In addition season 6 will start being filmed on July so I’m sure that it is irrelevant for anything related to season 6.
