I feel like this could relate to literally anyone. But my top guess would be Evil Queen.

Although if we’re doing untold stories, it could also be a Tin Man / Zelena centric.

Another (Unlikely) possibility could be Will. He was heartless throughout most of OuaTiW. Although unless we get a Will Scarlet tie-in with Jafar, I doubt that we’ll ever see him again.
