RumBaby was just impersonating Morpheus. There IS a Morpheus somewhere with an unguarded temple for some reason, but little baby rumbaby was only pretending to be Morpheus.

The fetus is…what? A few weeks, if that? I mean they literally got pregnant the night before Emma marched them off the Underworld and Belle came down only a few episodes after that (which is really just a few days in show universe). They were down there just a little bit longer before coming home and the show picks up seconds after the finale.
