I think it would be a fun if the changeling being referenced is Rumple. Maybe for some reason Blue replaced Malcolm and his wife’s son with Rumple. This would let us meet Rumple’s mother and it seems like the kind of ironic twist the writers would like – that Blue was responsible for Changing the fate of the person who became her enemy. Maybe this is why she had a vested interest in Baelfire.
