I think the EQ will try to kill Zelena. She killed her father to get what she wanted, so why not Zelena? In which case Zelena will need to find a way to protect herself by either threatening Rumple again, threatening the EQ, or threatening Belle and/or their son’s life.
I don’t think EQ’s ending includes having Rumple as her lover permanently. In which case I have no idea what her next goal is. She has achieved her main goal: to create long-term misery for the Charmings. However her next goal is likely to be to keep searching for continued existence without the annoyance of Regina and Emma. Having Henry love her could be another one.
