Call me crazy but what if it’s Robin (or some version of Robin). We know he’s coming back but we still don’t know how. We know from set pictures that he’s in current day Storybrooke . Both Robin and Robin were thieves. Perhaps they knew each other at some point and a part of Robin somehow got trapped inside the lamp.
Good idea! It wouldn’t be the type of split that is made by the serum, as this type of split means that when the original dies, the evil counterpart also dies. Unless the entrapment itself somehow preserves the evil counterpart? this could cause a war over who has control over the lamp
