Bravo to the show for pulling off a brilliant twist. We all said it was Nate, thinking Wes was 100% in the clear but NOPE.
I think Frank set the explosions. But as for who killed Wes…I dunno. Frank seems to obvious, right?

I thought that Frank was too obvious, and Nate was too insignificant, so I thought they did a fakeout with either Wes or Connor.
I agree with Phee about the Mahoney’s killing Wes and Frank starting the fire. Im gonna go out on a limb though and say that Ollie was the informant. After Conner’s comment at the beginning of the episode, Ollie started looking into all the crimes and probably decided that Annalise was guilty of a lot. So when the fire happened, he tipped off the police. Maybe? There’s a few plot holes, but that’s what I’m going with for now
