He should be about three years older than Emma, because of Belle and whatnot.
There’s a very easy answer to why Robin isn’t aged up: the writers don’t want him to be because they need to “finish” OutlawQueen more satisfactorily than the way they did in 5B and in order to do that you can’t have 30ish year old Regina with 60ish old Robin because that’s, in their eyes, unsexy.
Regina should be in her 70s, if she was 46, when she cast the Curse, assuming she’s 18 years older than Snow, and Snow was 28, when the Curse was cast (as on Keb’s timeline, the last I saw it). I’m assuming Robin is about ten years younger than her and had Roland at 33. Of course, present-day stuff gets weird (due to lack of sufficient time skips over long breaks), but if it were 2016, Roland would be 36 by my estimate, the same age I estimate Robin to be during the Curse.
Of course, this is an AU where Dopey died, instead of Stealthy, so…
