I saw the movie last night. Warning: spoilers! I thought the music, the acting, and the visuals were all stunning. There were some new songs woven throughout which made it a lovely musical. Emma did a great job as Belle and really gave her a believable performance, especially as a more mordern woman ahead of her time who believes in teaching women to read and being a bit of an inventor. And Dan Stevens totally brought an amazing quality to the Beast, especially with his voice performance. Luke Evans as Gaston was hilarious! There was a scene when he sings to himself in the mirror. The rest of the supporting cast did a great job, too.
