I think we can be pretty safe to say that if Hook and Tiger Lily have a child together it has nothing to do with love whatsoever. As we know Hook until Emma didn’t believe he could love anyone else but Milah.
So Tiger-Lily much like probably Tink was just a warm body to Hook.
