Hook doesn’t even seem aware that other people have feelings. He talks about how it will make him feel for Snow and Charming to know. He talks about what might happen to him of Emma doesn’t just forgive him. He doesn’t even seem to realize that Charming and Emma have feelings to hurt.
Gotta agree here, Hook seems very selfish, and doesnt seem to really care about others outside of what will effect him. When he does its usually revolving around Emma stuff (if he does something bad, emma will leave him,etc).
