Otherwise that hasn’t always been the price of the Dark Curse and it was added later somehow,
I wouldn’t be surprised if Blue Fairy added it to the curse as a way to discourage others from casting it.
I would definitely accept this since it further adds to Blue’s shadiness. Lol. The writers really missed an opportunity there in my opinion.
