I think Regina is likely to get a new LI but Rumple and Hook will be untouched because they already have true loves and wives. Hate to burst your bubble on that.
I agree. If the writers tried to give Hook and Rumple love interests then they would severely piss off the fans who have remained and practically sign the death warrant for the show. RumBellers alone would reign down hell if Belle and Rumple didn’t get some form of happy ending given how the characters, especially Belle, have been treated. The only way it could work is if Rumple and Hook were AU versions and not the characters we’ve followed for the past 6 years. I don’t reckon there’ll be a season 8. ABC will see the low ratings for season 7, air the full 22 episodes regardless because they’ve got nothing better, but tell A&E that season 7 will be the last. In all honesty, the ratings are not going to rise by much. They’ll be a slight uptick in the first couple of episodes as people tune in out of curiosity but it’ll drop off again.
Wait wait? You think the ratings are going to increase for the reboot? Oh man you really need to go take a look at Once Facebook which is the GA and see all the overwhelming negative comments saying they’re done watching the show.
I expect the ratings will completely crash, much like all reboots. If Adam and Eddy know what’s good for them they better start prepping this as a series finale and making sure they get everyone back for it from JMO all the way to Bex and Emilie and Jared.
The ratings are not going to rise at all. The reaper even said the ratings are going to match with the cast they have left, so expect the ratings to crash.
