i think that regardless of the direction, as an actress she still liked to do something that was very different for Emma as a character. Becoming evil, getting married, stuff like that would still probably mean a lot since shes been playing this character for so many years. Also, I think the cast are all extremely great friends, I don’t expect her to hate Colin. They all always seem to have a lot of fun together at cons.
(plus its not like she could voice if she was displeased with the CS stuff anyway)
