So, Regina must’ve seen Henry again as an adult before she got cursed as Roni, or Henry and Lucy have found a way to wake up Regina early on in the season

I’m guessing that happens when Henry calls for help while in AnotherRealm!Enchanted Forest and various members of the family hoof it there (somehow…). That’s why Hook, Rumple and Regina are the ones taken to HH; they got caught up in the AR!EF curse.
