Unless Nick is going to be playing a larger non romantic role later, I think his character is basically unnecessary. The silly love triangle in s1 was silly enough because we all knew they were cursed and that Snowing were true love and Kathryn/David were not really married. It’s the same situation here: HenElla are clearly TL and married and going to be together. The love triangle aspect is redundant and, frankly, this show does NOT do love triangles well. Ever.
In a way it’s actually a love square, if you count Drizella/Ivy trying to get with Henry.
