Sorry, but Alice can’t be older than Ella. In 7×09, “One Little Tear”, Ella is already a teenager and those episode’s flashbacks take place before 7×07, “Eloise Gardener”, the episode in which Alice was born. Gothel was banished to the tower in 7×09 and escaped in 7×07.
