I tried the drop spindle and it is HARD to keep it spinning, stretch the wool and not let the yarn break, all at the same time. Takes a lot of practice, doing three things at once. Though I did find a good tutorial http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=drXid5cT0y8 Must try again.
