It’d be a terribly boring world if everyone saw everything in exactly the same way.

Lol, to a point I agree- there’d a lot less fighting & war if we all did agree a little more tho 😉
We had a psychology exercise a few yrs ago now, but the results stuck with me- out of 25 people there was 7 distinctly different interpretations of the exact same photo lol. It was interesting to understand the way the mind works in coming to the conclusions it makes- Me I have a highly logical & analytical brain, so any discrepancies tend to fly out & bug me if no logical explanation is forth coming lol 😉

Ah, if only differing interpretations of TV shows was the closest we got to “war” in this world. It’s fascinating how we all see things differently though. I can be incredibly analytical too, but also let my imagination run away from me without making any attempt to reel it in, so can usually come up with some sort of reasoning for any discrepancies in logic. 😉

Well Ill be watching them all over again today & tomorrow, so maybe we’ll see what you’ve seen- but I really dont recall her “suck it up” attitude towards SW & PC in particular.

Well maybe not strictly “suck it up”, but she wasn’t out there deserately searching for other ways that could save more than one, though she knew Snow and Charming would HATE having to be separated. She was all, “This is it, the ONLY option.” So even though they didn’t like it, they had to accept it coz she was the authority on the situation and she wasn’t providing any other options.

As far as Dreamy & Nova go – Nova’s deepest wish was to be a fairy god mother, so BF would be obligated to keep that wish for her- she didnt (from memory here- so I could be wrong & Ill edit after watching that ep later today if it is) actually say you CANNOT go with Nova period, she said IF you do, Nova will not have her dearest wish of becoming a Fairy god mother (or something along those lines).

So she essentially laid a guilt trip on Dreamy to make him dump Nova because she wasn’t allowed to change her mind about wanting to be a Fairy Godmother if she wanted to be with Dreamy instead. (I haven’t re-watched this ep in a while either, just going off what I remember.) I wouldn’t wanna be on Blue Fairy’s bad side if this is how tough she is on people she likes. LOL

Would you accept the superficial reasoning that they had to be close in age so that they could cast a hottie for Emma to potentially hook up with when they were adults and they could become the next gen supercouple of the show? LOL

LOL!!! Well when you say it like that 😉

See, perfectly logical. 😆 Seriously, if I were Emma I’d be all, “Your pretty blue eyes are like the magical water from that lake that feeds the well. Whatever you say, I’ll believe you.” *swoon* 😉

I don’t think Pinocchio being sent as a protector, who has grown into August who is the motivator, takes anything away from Emma being the saviour.

My point was that if more than person could travel through that wardrobe, the whole savior going through isnt a big deal anymore- esp if theres gonna be a bunch of FT land folk calling reality home with all their memories intact cause they went through a wardrobe that we clearly & repeatedly got told could take only one.

I agree, it’d get ridiculous if it turns out a whole buncha folks could easily travel between FTL and our world, and that would diminish the integrity of the show. But I’m assuming that if August got away, he was a one off case.

Personally I want to see August being special in someway I think, I think his name is a big clue & as we have his middle name I think that is a clue in its self as to who he really is 🙂

Have you read about Wayne Booth the literary critic? That seems the obvious go to explanation for his middle and last name IMO. And the Grimms had a close friend named August who assisted them in their work, so I’m wondering if that’s where his first name is from. Those are fitting places to get the name of a character who is a writer who messes with a book of fairytales which dictates the main plot of the show.
