Yes, Mr. Gold did “procure” Henry for Regina…but who is the person who brought Henry from the outside world into Storybrooke? Since Mr. Gold is stuck in Storybrooke like everyone else someone had to physically get baby Henry into Storybrooke and give him to Mr Gold.
