I wouldn’t be surprised at all if Cora does go after Henry to hurt him in some way since I think that this season has been building up to Cora and/or Hook going after Henry to force the Charmings, Rumple, Neal, and Regina all to work together, and to get Regina at least by the end of the season to choose the good side over evil. (If she does have to go as far as killing her own mother, I don’t know if she’ll necessarily stay on the path of good next season. I guess we’ll see.)

However, I don’t think the ominous thing about Henry that is going to be revealed involves Cora going after him because I think most people already figured that she would.
