In the sence that -Regina think that she needs love, and Cora think that is in Reginas way of finding her true happiness, wich is power.

Now, who is standing in Reginas way because she loves him?- Henry is
Now that IS interesting since Cora’s whole point of view is that love is weakness….if the object of Regina’s affection is removed she’ll no longer be weak(from Cora’s perspective)…so it may be Henry that is in danger.
