Interesting idea, but I don’t think they would have been able to control her as a puppet like we saw Cora do at the end of the episode. Plus, as I mentioned in another thread, this is giving me deja vu to the whole “did August take the money” debates that went on after “Tallahassee”.
Just because we didn’t see it, doesn’t mean it did happen, but it could also mean that it did happen even if we didn’t see it.
