It is possible that Regina can do magic because she did the curse and Gold can’t. There have been a lot of things that Regina has done that make me think that maybe she can do magic, but there has been nothing with Rumpel. Who knows though. I think i like the idea of Emma seeing something magical happen and that is how she believes.
