She knew the child was a girl but never knew her name. If the EQ knew her name, she would have been like 👿 That’s their daughter! But the funny irony is that she doesn’t know. 😆
If I remember, her expression during that last bit where Mr. Gold implies that he thinks Regina knows who Emma is, she looked absolutely confused about what he was talking about.
