^This. There’s a reason why Cora is being built up as the new villain. If all she wants is to be a mother to Regina agin, then why all the fear? Do the writers really expect us to shake in fear at Cora’s terrible mothering skills? NO! 😆 She has to have a bigger plan in mind.
