Oh I definitely think they doo. Many things on the show is colour coded.
They don’t have too wear the same clothes, just the colors that fits their mood or currant state of mind.
Think how Regina went from solemn blue and earth colors too hard on black in the scene where she chrushes her first heart and becomes evil.
