Rats…I can’t get Vancity right now…won’t connect…but geez what a spoiler.
There is always the possibility that Eion doesn’t want to return as a regular on the show. Some of these actors want to be free to do other things. I believe someone said that is why Barbara Hershey turned down regular status and I think Josh Dallas had to pass on Thor 2 because he was a regular.
Glad to see Neal there and Blue Fairy…it’s about time BF got something more to do rather than just throwing fairy dust…hopefully she’ll have dialog this time.
Yes, I just read that, and while it does seem silly to have August be the only one to do a do over if Eion Bailey doesn’t want to return, or if the rumors are true and that there are issues that other people involved with the show have with Bailey. This might be the best way to handle the Pinocchio situation without killing him off since Disney may not want them to kill off an iconic character like Pinocchio and perhaps forces them to be more creative with his story line because I think killing him off would be really easy way to go. I just hope it’s done well and doesn’t come across too cheesy even for this show because there is a fine line there, and a few times they have unfortunately crossed it, imo.
Plus, this might open the door for Henry to hang around people his own age more next season since I think he and Pinocchio will continue being good friends. It also opens up the door more to the idea that Rumple might want to try this on Nealfire. I would hope that he wouldn’t do something so stupid, but we already had a hint in “The Crocodile” that in FTL, he could make someone be young again, so there’s a possibility that he could do the same in Storybrooke if he wished to. I don’t know what would cause him to do something like that, but if he finds out about the Blue Fairy doing it to Pinocchio, he might be really tempted to redo those missing years with Nealfire. (Of course, I don’t think they’d make the situation with Nealfire permanent if they did in fact go that route because of Henry and Emma, but if MRJ had some kind of scheduling conflict, assuming they don’t make him a regular next season, they could do make Nealfire younger for a few episodes until he became available again.)
