Exactly! They really were playing word games on that last podcast. But it's important to note that when they bring up the Peter Pan theory, all they said was that they were excited to see him go to the Darlings. They never dismiss it, They also say that the conception of the Baelfire character was Peter Pan. So, they are really playing us but I take it as confirmation that Bae is Pan.
