The thing about Snow and Charming communicating through worlds? That doesn’t sound at ALL like it hints at Snow and Emma finding a way back to Storybrooke. COMMUNICATING =/= finding a portal and getting back. I think it sounds more likely that they find a way to connect the two worlds just enough to tell each other things… But perhaps the sacrifice has something to do with making the fabric between two worlds weaker, and making it easier for Cora to get through.
