Interesting episode. I saw it a day late as I was out of town at my cousin’s wedding on Sunday. The wait drove me crazy, and then the episode only gave a little taste of what I was so eager to see- what Belle would be like without her memories. I’m really not into the whole Frankenstein storyline at all, although I did like the little moment between him and Red. I did like the Storybrooke plot, although I was disappointed about Regina going back to her mother. I had been so proud of her for her initial rejection.

I don’t think Cora is lying here…she really does want her daughter back and wants to reconnect. She just knows no other way to go about it besides her usual manipulation.

What was up with Cora and Rumpel?! There is certainly a story to tell there! (I really hope Rumpel isn’t Regina’s dad…there is something very disturbing about that idea, and it isn’t something I want to see.)

Rumpel trying to get Belle to remember was just heartbreaking! First, he tries true love’s kiss, which doesn’t work because she has to love him back- much the way Snow White didn’t remember Charming in “Heart of Darkness.” I love how Belle was just about to smile until she woke up and screamed. I don’t blame her- I’d scream too if i woke up to some strange guy kissing me on the lips! Then he tries the cup…I wonder what sort of charm he put on it. When Belle smashed the cup, the look on Rumpel’s face was as if someone just tore his heart out. I almost cried. It’s amazing how this show can make you feel for a character who does such horrible things. Now, without Belle there in spirit, he is starting to revert back to his dark ways- that is why he threatened the Charmings. I hope that he learns that he must earn Belle’s love back in order to get her memories back. I want to see his tender side.

It will be very interesting to see Emma and Gold out in the real world…and I very much believe and hope that Neal is Bae. I want to see Rumpel’s reaction when he realizes Henry is his grandson.

The Charming family was very amusing to watch this episode. I am loving having them reunited- and Emma and Snow discovering what happened while they were gone was priceless.

I think Greg is a real outsider- he does not come across as someone with any connections to Storybrooke.
