I feel as if most people read way to much into he casual flirting that is hooks personality. He is like that with everybody not just Emma. Plus Emma trust no one and I don’t think she is going to start with that man who tried to kill her sons grandfather and helped bring Cora and all her evil to town. Just not going to happen.
