Rumple has made it clear that magic can’t bring somebody back to life so we can assume Kathryn has been alive all this time. Possibly hidden, bewitched, captive or a combination of all three. Question is — is that really her heart (magic) or was the DNA test tampered with (ordinary frame-up)?
