Jane Espenson (the same writer for “The Return”, “Skin Deep”, “Desperate Souls”) really did an amazing job. I wish she could write every episode. LOL.

Fav:
– Surprising, because I wasn’t expecting it, but the father and son moment. Rumple extends his hand towards his son, and Bae grabs it. Kind of like a reversal of the whole green portal fiasco, as someone pointed out. I teared up.

Least fav:
– Nealfire and Henry on the ship. Why? Because it was too darn short. It was barely a scene and I really wished there had been more to it, so I was disappointed.

But it was hands-down my favourite episode of the season. It was just so packed with Snow’s character development (and the twist with her manipulative side), the Rumple and Cora backstory, the tension between Neal and Emma, the Rumple and Belle conversation, and the Regina and happy!Cora moment…but at the same time it was well-paced and gave us a lot of quieter, emotional scenes. LOVED IT.
